For the first time ever in Singapore, indulge in star-studded mooncake collaboration with Thailand's top Michelin-Star Chefs and Singapore's very own Born restaurant, presented by Chef Dej Kewkacha from Kyo Roll En - Thailand's leading dessert café, most recently named "Asia's Best Pastry Chef" by the prestigious World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards.



Chef Zor Tan 
A protégé of André Chiang, Chef Zor Tan cooks up a 9-course tasting menu inspired by the circle of life and his personal journey, melding French gastronomy with Chinese cooking, Dishes are creative and crafted with globally sourced ingredients, delivering contrasts in textures and flavours. His restaurant BORN will host as venue for the launch of this project.

Chef "Ton" 
Chef "Ton" Thitid creatively re-interprets Thai cuisine, with a rotating seasonal menu - Le Du comes from a Thai word meaning 'season'. In summer, highlights include their signature Khao Chae, as well as Khao Khluk Kapi; the organic rice, cooked with salty aromatic shrimp paste and pork jam, is served with perfectly done river prawns. His succes and ability to elevate classic Thai cuisine to a contemporary audience has eared him numerous awards globally

Chef Dej Kewkacha
Award-winning Thai-born pastry chef Dej Kewkacha, who spent his childhood in Singapore, began chasing his sweet dreams at the tender age of 22. Today, he operates 7 leading dessert & cafe brands with over 50 outlets in Thailand including the flagship Kyo Roll En - Thailand's most popular Japanese dessert cafe chain. In 2023, Chef Dej was awarded "Best Pastry Chef Talent" by La Liste (Paris) and most recently in March 2025 at the prestigious Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Awards in Seoul, Chef Dej became the first Thai to be named "Asia's Best Pastry Chef". His latest project is a collaboration with world-renowned Chef Gaggan as the Executive Pastry Chef at the new Louis Vuitton Restaurant in Bangkok.

Chef Tomas & Mathias Sühring

At Sühring, twin chefs Thomas and Mathias present a modern German tasting menu influenced by family recipes, childhood memories, and travels. Each dish showcases expertly prepared seasonal ingredients using traditional German techniques such as fermenting, pickling, and curing, The restaurant, located in a restored 1970s villa, offers an exceptional dining experience, with a lush garden view and one of the best services par none.

Traditional and novel converge at this Thai-Chinese fine dining restaurant from chef Pichaya "Pam" Soontornyanakij. Set in a historical Sino-Portuguese building that used to be Pam's family's Chinese pharmacy, Potong blends rustic and modern decor from ground floor bar to rooftop chill space. Her progressive tasting menu is infused with storytelling has earned Chef Pam the title of Best Female Chef of the Year.
